If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

We offer a full money guarantee on all purchases made on our website but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation while following the correct procedure. 

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the day you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original package.

Refund

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card ( or your original method of payment) You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

If the item is defective, incomplete or incorrect, we will ask for proof of the item received and we will issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all other cases you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non- refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Order Cancelation

To cancel an order, please contact epharmacustomercare@outlook.com as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse. 

No Returns or Exchanges

Menstrual cups are a personal hygiene device and as a result it may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final

Ear Devices are a personal hygiene device and as a result it may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final

Brushes of any kind may not be returned or exchanged. All sales are final.
