Shipment Terms and Conditions:

At E-Pharma make every effort to quickly and efficiently pack and ship your order with integrity so you receive your products as soon as possible. However, adverse situations do arise periodically in which the shipment of your products may be delayed. Our orders are usually processed within 1-3 days. In most cases the total time to get your package may be 2-8 business days). We normally ship using services offered by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). Some orders may be received in more than one shipment.

Free Standard Shipping: Usually arrives in 2 – 8 Business days.

Free 2-Day Shipping: On all orders of $40.00 or more.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for lost or untimely deliveries due to incomplete or misdirected shipping information entered by the customer, computer system malfunctions, or phone line disruptions. Additionally, we have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. Although we make every effort to ensure you receive your goods expediently, we do not guarantee on-time delivery.

Address Corrections

In the event that a package is returned to us marked as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge the customer an additional shipping fee upon confirmation of the corrected mailing address or our resending package fees. The fee will be the actual cost of shipping.

Do you send partial shipments?

E-Pharma does its best to keep a complete and adequate inventory of products in stock at all times. However, certain products may not be available at the time of your order. In these cases, we will contact you for instructions regarding shipping the remaining items. E-Pharma does not handle backorders.
